We give on request monthly reports on the security activity that we conduct. This is a part of our Service. The report will have details what has been done in your venue each month and comments on what can change and improve the security of the venue.

is designed to attract the best possible employees to Live Protection and each employee is hand picked by the founder of the company, Wayne Nelson who has had vast experiences in Security Services.

RECRUITMENT
Recruitment policy and screening of potential employees
All potential security officers are required to complete a detailed employment application. Reference checks are conducted and applicants are personally interviewed to assess their suitability for employment
Security Officers minimum compulsory requirements.
Certificate II in Security (Guarding).
NSW Security Industry Licenses Class 1ABC.
First Aid Certificate.
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

TRAINING

Live Protection use approved trainers which are specifically trained in accordance with standard operating procedures supplied by our clients or those developed by Live Protection in consultation with our clients.
Live Protection conducts induction training to all new staff, which is Compulsory, for Live Protection to maintain its high standard.
